Ignite

This program is condensed and of the shortest duration compared to the others. It is ideally suited for individuals who want to learn what can be done to better their health however, it is without the support and accountability I provide in my other programs. In two 1-hour sessions you will discover precise ways to improve your eating habits, health, wellness and lifestyle choices.  These sessions can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.

+ 1st SESSION - 1 HOUR

This is more of an assessment and evaluation.  I will be asking lots of questions so that I can get to know the WHOLE you on every level; this includes your lifestyle preferences, daily routines, nutritional favorites and non-favorites, sleep habits, exercise and movement practices, your challenges, fears, loves, cravings, needs, goals and desires. I like to call this the breakthrough session because it sheds light on what is working for you and what is not thus bringing attention to zones that need improvement and or development. From here we will determine your top 3 goals.  I will share my best recommendations to move you forward toward toward them. Together we will create a precise and practical action plan for you to implement that is custom tailored to what will  make the biggest difference in your life right away. In addition you will receive a grocery list, shopping tips and recipes that are custom tailored for YOU. 

 

+ 2nd SESSION - 1 HOUR

Here we follow up with the changes you implemented since our last session. We discuss your progression, challenges, and triumphs. We will reevaluate your goals and recommendations and any questions will be answered. From there we revise your plan, if needed and you will be provided with a prolonged plan to continue progressing towards your newly ignited vibrant healthier self.

1-Day Instant Re-Claim

Kick off your transformation with this hands-on full day connection with me.  This plan is for you if you are ready to have an entire day to focus on yourself and have exactly what you need to prepare for a vibrant transformation instantly. We will spend the whole day together learning about what you need to become the healthier version of yourself and reach your goals and desires. When the day comes to a close you will have a renewed love for yourself and your body, feel energized, inspired, motivated and supported to keep progressing on your journey toward your healthy happiness. 

+ 1st SESSION  - 1 HOUR

We will spend an hour together on the phone, Skype or in person before our RE-Claim connection day. I will ask lots of questions to get to know you and we will assess your goals, desires and concerns. From this I will create your victory plan  and custom tailored recommendations which you will be guided through on out connection day. 

 

+ RE-CLAIM CONNECTION DAY - 6 HOURS

Our day will be all about you! For 6 hours we will shop, cook, and plan your new re-claimed healthy lifestyle. It begins at your house where we will do a kitchen makeover. We will do a pantry fridge and freezer clear out, breakdown labels and why there are better options, and organize your kitchen. We will clear out the old and make room for your new lifestyle in a space structured to support it! Then we will make a grocery list and go food shopping with your unique goals, needs and objectives in mind. After shopping we will unpack groceries together, organize them, I will show you how to be more efficient in the kitchen and we will cook together. We then go review your victory action plan which includes tips, tricks, tools, recommendations, strategies, meal plans, food guides, shopping lists and recipes custom tailored to your personal needs and desired lifestyle. You will learn how to seamlessly integrate them into your routine that works for you.

 

+ FOLLOW UP - 1 HOUR 

2 weeks later we will meet to check in and discuss your progression and integration of your new habits. We'll discuss how you are feeling, your triumphs, challenges and progress; your questions will be answered and we will re-evaluate your action plan if necessary. Then you will leave with a prolonged plan toward sustained and continued progress toward your re-claimed healthier self. 

6 Month Transformation

This is the most effective program offered. It is comprehensive enough to focus on ALL the elements of a healthy lifestyle.  Research shows that 6 months is the time it takes to make sustainable life changes therefore making this program perfect for those who want to make sustainable changes toward healthy happiness gradually with ongoing support and accountability.

 

The comprehensive nature of this program looks at all the aspects making up your health from sleep, stress, physical activity, career, relationships, spirituality, and happiness.

We will bring attention and awareness to the areas needing improvement. Through goal setting, strategies and action steps, you will gradually make positive changes in these areas. The step-by-step nature of this program is not only powerful but also has components essential and necessary for creating new healthy habits and making changes that will be sustainable over time.  Becoming healthy is not a destination but a journey and my ongoing support, accountability and guidance is truly what makes this program so effective. As your advocate your agenda is my agenda so I want nothing but your success. I will make sure you are moving towards your desired goals and lifestyle.

+ 12 SESSIONS - 12 HOURS

We meet every other week for 1 hour. This can be in person, over the phone or via Skype. In my experience, consistent meetings over a long period of time is what yields the greatest and longest lasting results.  We will discuss your goals, hopes, fears, loves and concerns, discuss relevant health and wellness topics, I will give my recommendations and tips and show you how to integrate them into your lifestyle seamlessly. We will talk about your progress, challenges and triumphs. You will receive recipes, food guides, a grocery shopping tour, a kitchen make-over, cooking classes and demonstrations, handouts, inspirational resources as well as other material I feel would be beneficial to you on your journey. You will be provided with my email support between sessions when it is needed and my loving non-judgemnetal encouragement and support and commitment to you and your health. 


In this program you can expect to overcome challenges, reach goals, create new habits and you will have an entire arsenal of new information, strategies, awarenesses, and skills to continue your journey.  Most importantly, you will have a new found love and appreciation for yourself and your health.
